CHEK-IN

• Unless special needs of our guests, the delivery of the rooms is scheduled between 15:00 and 18:00, please  however,    to 

   communicate the estimated time of arrival at least on the morning of the day of  arrival.

• The Guest are invited, on arrival, to provide an identification document for the compilation  of the ticket of P.S. and to

   regularize payment of the booked stay at the same time.

• The price agreed for the stay in our B&B includes the use of the room and the bathroom, the breakfast, the  supply of    towels and

   sheets, use of TV and air conditioners / heat pumps and use of all  bathroom accessories. The linen change    will be made every

   three days, the extraordinary one is not included in the price, like extraordinary cleaning.

• For entry and exit from the structure there are no timetables to be respected, guests can go out and  return as they leisure.

• Inside the Bed & Breakfast, only for hygienic reasons and for any allergies from other customers, they are not pets  allowed.

• It is also not permitted, for reasons of public security, for guests to let other people enter the Bed & Breakfast at any time.

CHEK-OUT

• Please note that, on the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am to allow for cleaning    and delivery to new

   arrivals, a delay will result in an additional night being charged.

• The rooms and the bathroom will normally have to be vacated by 10.00 am to allow for tidying and cleaning  daily, please

   arrange your personal belongings to allow them. Beyond these times, no daily cleaning. Proper and civil use of the toilets

   is recommended, avoiding throwing anything into the W.C.  (use the appropriate baskets).

• Inside the bedroom or bathroom you will find everything you need: blankets, pillows, towels, personal hygiene products,

   etc. For any other needs do not hesitate to ask, we will do our best to satisfy you.

BREAKFAST

• Breakfast is served at the agreed time the day before, however between 7.30 and 9.30. On the table guests will find bread, butter,

   assorted jams, honey, croissants and other products. Please let us know   any known food intolerances and allergies.

• In the rooms it is always prohibited to prepare and eat meals.

RULES

• It is forbidden inside the premises: Smoking (it is possible to do it on the terraces and in the garden), connect to the   electrical

   system  any appliance brought in, (with the exception of the electric razor in the bathroom).

• It is recommended to respect the silence in the canonical hours 22.00-08.00 and 14.00-16.00. In any case, please  maintain a

   behavior that at no time of day and in any way damage the tranquility of others.

• Each guest is required to pay compensation for any damage caused to the B&B and for improper use of the  complementary

   facilities. Take care to turn off the light in the rooms, the air conditioners, TV, and other systems   when   you are out of the room.

• We accept no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged objects belonging to you. Not yes is liable for any inefficiencies   due to

   total or partial lack of supplies such as electricity, water or telephone line or internet connection not dependent on  our will.

RESERVATIONS

• The booking request can be made via a simple e-mail or by phone, you will receive an e-mail from us confirmation of receipt,

   accompanied by instructions on how to pay.

• The payment of the deposit can be made with Credit Cards, via PayPal or bank transfer.

• In the event that, for unforeseeable reasons, the booked property should become unavailable for maintenance     

   reasons extraordinary or force majeure, we will find an adequate accommodation, or, at the customer's request, return

   entirely the sum received as a deposit without further claims.

• In case of cancellation more than 3 days before the stay or in the case of failure to cancel, the cost of the first will be charged

night.
